The official Royal Oman Police application for managing your personal liquor permit.
What is the Ibraz App?
The Ibraz app is the official electronic permit system developed by the Royal Oman Police (ROP). It is strictly required for all non-Muslim residents in the Sultanate of Oman who wish to purchase alcoholic beverages from authorized distributors like Desert Trading Company.
How to Apply for a Liquor Permit
- Download the App: Available on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
- Authentication: Ensure your mobile number is actively linked to your Civil ID with the ROP.
- Registration: Follow the on-screen prompts to register your profile and request a new permit.
- Payment & Limits: You can set your monthly allowance limits and pay the applicable ROP fees directly within the app.
- Approval: Once approved digitally, your permit is instantly active. You do not need to visit our stores to activate it.
Need Technical Support?
If you experience an "Error 16" or any mobile number mismatch, please visit your nearest ROP Civil ID department to update your records. For app-specific technical issues, you can contact the official support team at ibraz.support@rop.gov.om.
Ibraz Permit
As mandated by the ROP, a valid liquor permit is strictly required for all purchases. All residents must manage their permits exclusively through the official Ibraz App. You can use the app to self-register or renew your permit instantly—there is no need to visit our stores for the application process.
